Zumba is “Exercise in Disguise”. It is for all at any fitness level or background! Being an effective fitness program, it incorporates Latin and international music with dance movements to make exercising fun. Class is a party like, non-intimidating, atmosphere for non-dancers; new exercisers; or those who have hesitated to join group exercise. Zumba is for everyone! Nikki Wyllie, our certified instructor, focuses this fitness program on positive energy in a fun and easy format!  Feel the music as you participate in this innovative class that gives your body what it needs to be healthy while making exercise enjoyable! Beginners are welcome. Wear sneakers and loose, comfy clothing. Bring water and a mat/towel.
