Ballroom Aerobics

You don't need a patner for this one...come and learn some ballroom basics in this energetic calorie burning class. You'll move to inspiring music in a professional dance studio while learning such basics as the Waltz, Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba, Swing and even a little Samba. Only requirement is to be ready to move and have fun!
