Nia Dance

The hottest new trend in mind-body fitness, Nia teaches you to be more joyful, expressive and alive in your body, both inside and outside the studio. A cardiovascular workout, that strengthens muscles, improves muscle tone and increases definition. Plus, Nia will calm the mind and relieve stress. Nia increases grace, flexibility and endurance and is fun! You don't have to be a dancer to enjoy Nia. It is for all ages and fitness levels.  Beginners welcome. Pick one class and time. Classes are held at Fitness for Women/Sound Mind & Body, 680 Boston Post Rd, Milford. Right off the Merritt Parkway.
