Enrichment Courses

Welcome! 
Thank you for visiting Valley Regional Adult Education's online enrichment course catalog. 

We offered more than 90 enrichment courses during this spring session.  The classes yet to begin are listed to the right.   Use the categories on the left to see what was offered this session and more than likely to be offered again in the fall session starting in September.

Don't forget the more than 250 online classes that you can take anytime and anyplace, browse through these classes by visiting our Online Instruction Center.  We have over 50 students currently taking online courses.

There is something for everyone. Over 500 participants are taking part in the program this session. The most popular classes were Ballroom Dancing , DIgital Cameras, Yoga for beginners, Golf, Tai Chi, AUTOCAD, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Belly Dance, ZUMBA, EBAY, and Sewing.  Remember to register early to guarantee a spot! Our class size average is 8 students.

Join us! Take a bus trip leaving from the center of Shelton, we are going to Ellis Island in May, cruising the bay in Rhode Island in July and to the BIG E in September.   Register by clicking the trip on the right.  Bus trips make great gifts!

In addition to having the catalog online you may download a copy on the left. Copies are also available at the local libraries.  The fall catalog will be available online August 15th.
